One improvement would greatly aid in customer's hanging. If you could develop a template, system, or even clear instructions on how to best accomplish placing the nails/screws in the wall to hang each piece precisely. Hanging the staggered pieces so the picture looked right and was aligned presented the greatest challenge. On one piece, the metal hanger attached was not exactly level.

I ordered the Last Supper picture, size medium, and it came packaged well and undamaged. It was just as described. I love this image hanging in my kitchen.
We also got this to help with the sound reverberation and it helps eliminate some of the echo.

The quality and color of the print was really good and I had no trouble with the amount of time between ordering and delivery. What I did have a problem with was that I ordered the Lords Supper and the way the canvas was wrapped there were only 11 disciples on the canvas. The one disciple on the right side was not there. The one next to him was wrapped on the side and was also shown on the right side. Very dissapointing. I belive it should have been made clear in the order section that the print would not be a traditional Lords Supper as not all disciples were pictured. I did come to find out later that what is shown on teh screen when you order is how it arrives but I think that really needs to be stressed alot more and not just in the Frequently Asked Questions which most people do not read unless they have an issue. The day my order came I tried to contact the compay by phone and email about the order but still have not gotten a reply yet. To me that is very poor customer service. Especially considering the policy of notifying within seven days any dissatisfaction.

The quality of the print is very good, aspect ratio, clarity, etc. The middle piece was slightly damaged near the top as if an object had pushed on the canvas and there is a permanent indentation. It is noticeable on side views.
