The canvas is of incredible quality and it looks beautiful on my wall however, during the ordering process, I had to reach out to customer service because it went two weeks without hearing anything about shipping or production. They had sent a proof that didn’t reach me and didn’t follow up.

Final product is amazing and framed up very well. Quality of the image is excellent and the 5 panels aligned perfectly. The order did take 4 weeks to arrive, which is a long time but I did place the order on New Year's Day during the holidays and a great sale so I'm not upset over the wait. Can definitely suggest using them for canvas prints, will be coming back if I have any pictures I want printed to large canvas in the future.

Overall it wasn't a bad experience. The thing that was not good was trying to get the canvas done. It took many emails back and forth and me getting very upset and them putting a rush order on it to get it done in time. I don't know if I will order again.

I chose the option 'put together' so I was surprised when it arrived in 4 separate pieces. Maybe I misunderstood the description and that's how it was supposed to arrive? Otherwise, it looks great. I just dread having to hang it and line it up correctly as each peace is a different length.
